ICx Technologies Awarded Radar Contract from Boeing for SBInet

Contract Provides Ground Surveillance Radars for Improved Border Protection

Washington (Dec. 10, 2007) - ICxTM Technologies (NASDAQ: ICXT), a developer of advanced sensor technologies for homeland security, force protection and commercial applications, announced today that it has been awarded a basic ordering agreement by The Boeing Company as part of its SBInet Program with the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS).

ICx will provide ground surveillance radars for the Boeing SBInet Toolbox program, which is designed to acquire radars, cameras, towers and other technologies to assist U.S. Customs and Border Protection in its border-security mission. The basic order agreement between ICx and Boeing runs from October 2007 through September 2009.

"With this agreement, ICx continues to demonstrate its technical leadership in the perimeter and border security market," said Dan Manitakos, President of ICx Technologies' Surveillance Division. "With more than 1,000 security radars already deployed with other customers, and 400,000 hours of border related operation, we have repeatedly demonstrated how radar can be used to enhance an integrated security system. We are proud to support the challenging mission of our border agents."
